Ah - that's it!  I would use the Attribution except in a private way for
business people.  Another words, I would just have an understanding with
them that they would recognize they are my works and would be glad to let
others know my stuff, but not in a totally out-in-front kind of way.  I'll
ask my restaurant guy who got into trouble how he attributed me in the
first and we could possibly downplay that in some way.  I could be called
"BCK" or something...

Sounds a little bit underhanded, but then, if I could be release now from
ASCAP we wouldn't have the problem.

Is this kind of what you mean?
