It sounds like you want the least restrictive format then, the Attribution
license.
This is commonly abbreviated as BY and will allow anyone to use your music
for whatever purpose so long as they attribute you.
You might consider coming up with a way to tell people how to attribute you
in the case of your music being played in a restaurant or retail space, as
it is not entirely obvious (yet) how best to do this.
