Also include the metadata for each document type.  (Either current
legislation, or a bill submitted to Congress for this legislative
session makes it a civil offense to remove metadata from certain types
of electronic media file formats.)

If the "Best Practices" document listed what the relevant industry
considered to be "best practices for the specific media type", then
the court probably will pay attention to it.
