[cc-community] rethink attribution

I don't think Attribution needs a rethink, though it would undoubtedly be helpful to have examples as others have suggested, of use cases. It's common sense to expect attribution to appear at the end of a film along with other credits, just as it's common sense not to expect a dj to constantly hit pause or go to great lengths to provide visual attribution during his/her performance. However, I think there's enough of a level of reasonable doubt to justify a few example use cases for each medium to clear this up.
Would it be useful to make a list of core activities and discuss attribution points for each?

Yes, but I think film is less problematic in this reguard than is radio

audio form and in band, this is problematic.
If it's problematic, it doesn't have to be in-band. Ta-da! That's how the magic of "give credit reasonable to the medium" works.
