I know, IAAL, but most non-lawyers always get this wrong :-/

alright, so what about ...

"[cc-button] copyright 2008 Greg London, licensed under CC BY-NC-ND"
       or
"copyright 2008 Greg London [cc-button] licensed under CC BY-NC-ND"

would that be recognised?
