That would be "dcterms.license" given how he defined <link

Do you have software that specifically consumes DC-in-head metadata?
If not I strongly recommend you do something else, preferably RDFa,
which does "meta data for page" without the problems of putting the
meta data for the page outside the page. See

longwinded explanation of why this is a big improvement.
