I don't encourage this sort of general CC signal -- the important
thing is the actual use of specific licenses on specific works --
merely including some generic CC notice that doesn't specifically
license anything doesn't make you (not you specifically) cool.
A way around this is to offer some specific CC functionality that
enables finding specifically licensed content, eg the "Creative
Commons" link on every Flickr page.
