[cc-community] How to say "here be CC-licensed content"?

When I visit a site looking for images, I'll look for the copyright
line at the bottom of the page. That sometimes is a link to the
Copyright page. Hence my suggestion:
At the bottom of every page, link to the "Copyright and LIcensing
page" that lists the same details you summarized here. Perhaps you
could make it more inviting by naming it "Copyright and Creative
Commons Licensing". But that seems to be the standard to me.
Of course, shiny metallic "Contains Creative Commons Content!" badges
never fails to drive the point home. But maybe you were looking for
more standardized subtleness.
