Yes I meant cc-(by/not-by)-sa depending on one;s preference for attribuiton.

yes, well I thought that was the kind of thing CC was invented to avoid!
But it seems the 'WANTING to sue' is still an issue. And the issue of
violation of actual CC license terms could arise I suppose, espeically
that NC version!
Though truly avoiding would require massive rethinking of all copyright
laws too, I gather.
I just (a bit humourously?) wanted to ..umm.. wonder when this became
the (c)-ARR-enforcement discussion list :-?

Which I agree does indeed help relate the discussion back to (cc).
Unvortunatly I am wasting space cause I don't know the answer; I'd like
to think using sites that ONLY have CC-?? and similar woudl help, but I
seee the problem if someone just posts someone else's ARR stuff there,
then they get sued; I don't see how any alterations to CC can have any
effect upon that, only getting politicians to change the law, and/or
working outside the (particular jusridiction of) law, would seem to be
the solutions.
