Hi Angus,

Many thanks! I'm currently looking into supporting the Creative Commons
RDF summary embedded in general content that Flickr are already using. E.g:

<!--
<rdf:RDF xmlns="http://web.resource.org/cc/"
xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/"
xmlns:rdf="http://www.w3.org/1999/02/22-rdf-syntax-ns#">
<Work rdf:about="">
<dc:title>hdr tone mapping experiment #1</dc:title>
<dc:date>2006</dc:date>
<dc:description></dc:description>
<dc:creator><Agent><dc:title>alexei_322</dc:title></Agent></dc:creator>
<dc:rights><Agent><dc:title>alexei_322</dc:title></Agent></dc:rights>
<dc:type rdf:resource="http://purl.org/dc/dcmitype/StillImage" />
<license rdf:resource="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/" />
</Work>
<License rdf:about="http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/2.0/">
<permits rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/Reproduction" />
<permits rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/Distribution" />
<requires rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/Notice" />
<requires rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/Attribution" />
<prohibits rdf:resource="http://web.resource.org/cc/CommercialUse" />
</License>
</rdf:RDF>

-->

Would blip.tv like to support this standard? I would also need some sort
of content fingerprint that would allow ImageStamper to link the
timestamped license to the content in question. Currently, in the case
of an image it is simply the image's thumbnail, but for video one would
have to be a bit more imaginative, so the user does not have to wait
while ImageStamper obtains the entire video file.

I look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Thanks!

Alexei
