[cc-community] Non-evil alternative to Flickr?

How about setting up your own:
http://creativecommons.org/projects/cchost

or, what I want to use pretty badly, except it doesn't have the social
networks of flickr, etc:

http://archive.org

CC licensed material stored FOREVER! :)

What I really really want, and have for years (so why haven't I coded or
pushed for coding of it), is to mount my archive.org as a drive and drag
and drop, ala cc publisher, but in my file browser (nautilus).

There is an api for getting an upload slot, and then use FTP. This could
all be wrapped into a fuse filesystem...and bam!
