Again we run into info that does not tell us too much.

So, I went searching and from the site:

"Unless otherwise specified, contents of this site are copyright by the 
contributors and available under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0."

So, since I generally prefer BY-SA to BY, my question now is does the site 
give a default license setting per user that will automatically make this 
distinction for that user's posts? (Is that clear.)
