It is not so much changing it as offering another license. However, as per
the
CC licenses, you cannot retract them. You can stop offering new copies under
the CC licenses and let people have to get them from people who already have
copies. (I think.)

Nope. Not as I understand the licenses. Given that it was properly licensed
under the CC license in the first place.
