In case it is not obvious, you can play CC licensed music if you can play
all rights reserved music. The question is whether you can play under the
terms of the CC license(s) in question, or you have to do so under whatever
terms the station is able to play all rights reserved music.
There are some terrestrial radio shows in the US that play CC licensed
music, e.g., Black Sweater White Cat listed at
http://www.berkshireradio.org/index.php/programs/schedule/ but I have no
idea whether they do so under the CC licenses in question. I'd guess not.
