where you are only granting them a license to display your blog, or
photos etc.
From my perspective I'd be OK with the original use of my CC-NC photos.
What I wouldn't be OK about is if the blogging host reused my images
outside of the blog. I think that would be an issue between me and the
hosting site as they would be in violation of the license.
