Yes I know, and I'm very careful when there's something you should read 
and 'agree' (even if just by clicking on a button). In this case, the 
tracks were not uploaded, but just linked to my own website, and there 
wasn't an agreement to sign. Sometimes I put the links to my tracks on 
forums and such, is this safe?
