Me too (although I have to admit that I've only been following the
question from this mailing list, and haven't investigated the problem
firsthand).
Unfortunately (no, wait... fortunately), the CC licenses don't take into
account abusive speech by the licensor towards the licensee. You may
have some recourse to libel or slander law in your state or country, but
you might just have to do what everyone else does with jerks on the
Internet: shrug it off.
Another possibility: start your own translation project, license the
output much more liberally (CC0 or Attribution), and win. You can set up
an Open Source wiki engine in literally minutes, and you can even get a
free wiki instance on a Wiki farm that you don't have to admin yourself.
