Or is it? There would also be the problem of jurisdiction. Observatorio.info
is published under a Spanish cc-by-nc-sa license, so I would guess the
Spanish rules for "non-commercial" would be the ones to be followed?

Or where is the FADD page located? Where are the FADD people working from?
In any case, assuming a US ruling can serve to settle the matter is too big
an assumption, and I would welcome a hypothetical discussion of what
jurisdiction's law to apply in a case of differring interpretations of, for
instance, "non-commercial".
