Lucas,

FWIIW, we (= Simuze.nl) have been organizing live CC only gigs /
evenings in the Netherlands since 2005. One of the coolest gigs we did
was on the Stubnitz[1] - an old German fishing boat turned into a
floating stage - last december. Anyway, there are a ton of interesting
bands and artists using CC to promote or engange in remixing. I'm sure
there are plenty of USA based bands that would be cool to see live and
using CC. Perhaps contact them via ccmixter or *ouch painfull* myspace.com?

ps: If you have the budget, we can always send you some nice artists and
bands from Europe :)

All the best,

grtz
