Copyright law doesn't restrict the reading or viewing of a published 
work. It grants the copyright holder the exclusive right to publish the 
work and the right to restrict who may copy and distribute the work. 
Consequently the CC licenses grants the licensee the rights to reproduce 
(copy) and distribute a work published with CC license attached to it.

A person on the job at a for profit corporation _can_ browse a NC site 
in the course of his work...
