Yes, this example is always brandished about when the NC discussion comes up
and it has never made sense to me. I'm sure you can come up with an
outlandish technical maneuver that might find a way around it but what I'm
really curious about is what a judge or jury thinks about it. I'm happy to
find a prosecutor who will sue you if you're interested in selling NC work
that I license...
