[cc-community] Public domain search engines - is Appropedia's the only one?

Thanks Jessica - there's info on other licenses that should be useful for
open content searches later. I've also contacted the researcher about making
progress on public domain content.

(Coincidentally, that's my almer mater, and I'm now in Sydney, so I'll try
and visit the project.)
