If one is interested in doing the ethical thing, then no.
If one has no qualms about gaming the system, and doing what the
letter of the license allows, then yes, one can commercially sell
material with an NC license, usign the guidelines provided on the
Creative Commons Foundation website as their justification in adhering
to the terms of the license, with minimal legal consequences
whatsoever.

Look at the differences between the MIT guidelines on using their NC
content, and the Creative Commons Guidelines on what the NC license
means.
