[cc-community] No Hard Copy Distribution Condition (Let's discuss)

Thank you, Drew. I didn't figure it out when reading the guidelines. Lots of
things I'm learning. Come to think of it, it's a fact that non-profit
activities often lead entitities to obtain profit otherwise.
