[cc-community] Contradictory meanings of "non-commercial"?

The most ambiguous example I can think of is a non-profit  
organization's website running a video with ads on the side. The  
organization itself is non-commercial in the sense that it is non- 
profit. But of course non-profit organization make money, and they  
could certainly do so by running ads. In this case, the organization  
is not selling the vide inasmuch as it is using the video to drive  
traffic toward the its site (and, hopefully, toward the ads).

However, this is a special case. I think the majority of commercial vs  
non-commercial situations are pretty easy to spot.
