[cc-community] No Hard Copy Distribution Condition (Let's discuss)

Greetings, I posted same issue some weeks ago but I was even more freshman
then so I didn't know how to hold mail conversations (now I do). I apologize
to those who answered but got no reply from me.

I'm suggesting a new condition to apply on works, which eventually can lead
to a new CC license: allowing free distribution of one's works, as long as
those remain intangible. Printing, displaying or distributing hard copies
on paper or any other non-digital medium is not allowed without the express
permision of the author.
For now I find two reasons for doing this:
1) digital copy is born to be used so freely it gets careless, but dead-tree
edition is a serious matter to be "handled with care". If I had money enough
I could pay my dead-tree edition to have it exactly as I want, but I have
not. Now, with free distribution rights there's a chance somebody wants to
use my works for publishing. However, I still want to have control over who,
how and what for my work is used. If I can't have the potential editor to
ask my permission then he'll just do what he wants.
2) People who make hard copies are more likely to use them for commercial
purposes or expect some money in exchange for distribution (at least in my
country).

Please give your opinion.
