If you want, you can give me more fields.  We don't have put in a 
description field for the stuff we pull down from Flickr, but I see how it 
would be useful.

Again, not something I had considered because the stuff from Flickr 
doesn't have that.  If it's as simple as "You can use this under two 
licenses," I suggest doing this:

License: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/us/ or 
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/fdl.html

That is, just list both in the same line.

Copyright: Expired (because... / reference URL)

with no License: line

It won't be extremely machine-readable, but it's good for humans I think.
