That's some crazy-assed bird lol :)

I see what you mean having visited again this evening. Very weird. I
couldn't find any au license links, yet in my firefox history I found....
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/2.1/au/
That's not a page I would hit by accident right in the middle of looking at
the pool.org.au site :) So there was an AU license in there somewhere.
Maybe someone fixed it :) ...wait, I found it by sorting my firefox history
by date ....
http://www.pool.org.au/help/poolmunity_guidelines/poolmunity_guidelines
I remember now, I was reading their guidelines and clicked the embedded link
on this page (the link under item 4.)
No matter, I'm just happy I can possibly contribute as an "outsider". I
feel a composition named "the pom and the cuckoo" is in order, lol.

I think point 1 is a good idea.
For your point 2, are you asking for the license to be displayed on this
page?
http://www.pool.org.au/users/jane_ulman
I personally don't think it's necessary, the license is right under the
download link. Though I do think a textual version of the license might be
good, I've seen sites try and explain what the license means/allows, but
it's probably fair to say it's treading on the toes of the deed.
Thanks for the response.
