[cc-community] which version, in an international context?

As far as I know, you choose the jurisdiction which you would like to
adhere to. Meaning that if you or the one using your works wants to
pursue any legal action using the license it defines the legal system
which will be used in this legal action. It would make the most sense
probably to choose the one your the most acquinted with, usually the one
of the country your living in.

For example in my case it would be the the Dutch version, since I am
Dutch and live in the Netherlands.
