[cc-community] which version, in an international context?

I believe very strongly in the importance of free licenses for list and
forum posts, but need to work out how to do this.

All posts to the Tech for sustainability
wikis<http://groups.google.com/group/tech-for-sustainability-wikis>list
are licensed under CC-BY-SA and GFDL (take your pick if you reuse the
content). I need to figure out the spiel to put at the end of the each
email.

Which CC-BY-SA license is appropriate in this context? This is an
international list, so should we use the unported version? Or the version
relevant to the list host, or the organization that set up the list?

Thanks!
