[cc-community] Open Content mirrors?

I've started a site called Vinismo, the free wine guide:
http://vinismo.com/
All content is CC-by-sa-2.5-Canada. Along with normal browsing, we also
make the entire site contents available for download in HTML and XML
(and soon RDF) formats:
http://vinismo.com/en/Help:Download_Vinismo
http://vinismo.com/download/
These bulk downloads are useful for academics, research, for data
analysis, or to fork the project. They could also be useful to import to
other formats or platforms or to have an electronic or paper offline
copy of the guide for reference.
I'm trying to get organizations to mirror this bulk data. This has
nothing to do with bandwidth or storage issues; of course we already
have private, redundant backups of the site. I think that
publicly-available mirrors operated by multiple, independent operators
are good "insurance" for the community against failure or dramatic
change in policy by any one organization.
Public mirrors are extremely common for Free Software, but I've had a
hard time locating any for Open Content. Are there organizations that
provide public mirroring of Open Content datasets like this one? I've
pinged archive.org on the subject, and I'm waiting for a response. I've
also pinged ibiblio.org, and they declined.
Thanks,
-Evan
