Completely agree. Past metrics research on cc licensing selection shows
that initial selection of CC licenses is towards more restrictive
(copyright) and then people start selecting more free/permissive CC
licenses as experience grows...this is seen in overall distribution of
license selection...ML can point to the research if needed...

Thus, it makes sense to have a gateway into the larger freedom space...
