I guess this would relate to the concern that the CC "By" clause is
subject to "false attribution", since it doesn't insist that attribution
is accurate, but only what the author wanted. I remember this being
raised by some of the folks in the Debian project.
But wouldn't false attribution be subject to other forms of prosecution
(as misrepresentation)?
