Yes, that's what I meant. CC-Publisher.

And with the help of Elizabeth Stark, I've determined that because of
our work with music that is often owned by separate parties (a record
label owning the master recording, a songwriter owning the
composition), we'll have to devise some more specific language around
the submission licensing that specifies exactly what copyright is
being licensed.
