Or, try convincing musicians you like to try it out. Obviously this may not
work for all musicians, but if you know people personally that make good
music, it could actually work (especially if they're on smaller labels or no
label at all).
Let's face it -- most artists don't really want to have to deal with
copyright, and we can't assume that they're automagically going to know or
care about CC. But if we can present the ideas in an accessible way, a few
might just catch on.
IMO, the key to getting more good CC music is to get good quality artists to
use it. That's part of the reason why I'm excited about Rcrd Lbl, and part
of the reason why I hope Antenna Alliance continues to exist.
