Last I checked, they let you use BY and BY-NC but would not let you use BY-SA. 
The reason being that they want eveything on the site to be remixable with 
everything else on the site going forward. This makes sense.

However, if they were to use BY and BY-SA and not NC, then everything would 
also be remixable. Hence my semi-frequent request for them to run an 
alternate Free_ccMixter type site.

So far, no joy on that front.

They are showing  2811 as the number of items with that tag at this point.
