Isn't it the case that ccMixter now supports licenses other than the
Sampling suite?
I spot a few songs using BY-NC. Unfortunately, I can't find an easy way
to browse or search ccMixter by license, so I can't check BY-SA
specifically. But I think you can use by-sa on Mixter now.
