When you installed OOo, did you configure OOo to know about a Java that was
already installed at the time you installed OOo?
Try running
OOo/program/jvmsetup
(On Windows, this would be OOo/program/jvmsetup.exe)
Where "OOo" is the installation path of your OOo.
I'm assuming that maybe your OOo does now know about Java, and hence a Java
component implementation loader cannot be created, which is the error
message you got.
