[cc-community] Wiki-fy the NC debate

Looking through the older messages just in my mailbox, I considered
doing just that. However, I personally don't always understand the
arguments that folks bring up. So, I was going to be on guard as we get
new messages coming down the list, then transcribe them and ask the
persons involved to double-check to make sure I am presenting their
ideas correctly.

There are a few peeps on the list that seem to have thought about this
for quite some time, so I am sure they would consider putting their
thoughts in the wiki, since they end up answering to new members time
and time again. So, I agree on all accounts, we have a tremendous amount
of info already, and it would be a pain to search and correlate.

Here's hoping I am not as lazy in the future. ^_^
