I agree - while the quibbling over NC is  interesting in theory, I  
find people using and dealing with the license in the real world  
rarely have as much of a hard time defining a case as commercial or  
not as the traffic on this thread might lead one to believe.

   But this is just my experience explaining and observing CC with  
respect to artists, musicians and authors in NYC so YMMV.
