For a for profit university? No mater the amount of the material used. 
Education gets that big a fair use out? Any education?

The institution is not providing the material, the professor is. He is earning 
a salary from teaching the course. For other people, that would be considered 
a doing it for commercial purposes, right?

And what about a for profit after school tutor? A grad student tutoring for 
money?
