Probably not.
Searching for the text of the license you want (e.g. "Share Alike")
seems to work pretty well, since each submission has its own page with
the license's full title included in the text. I just tried a few
searches like this and it seems to work pretty well. Curiously, I get a
lot more and more-accurate hits if I leave Google's "free to share/use"
option OFF (searching for the text string from the license title is more
effective).
It's not all roses. I've had a number of problems with what I think is
poorly-written / not-cross-compatible Javascript. I was able to upload
an SVG, but the site doesn't know how to render it, so you have to
provide your own preview.
And for some reason it sometimes just won't finish uploading a file
(although this could be a firewall or ISP issue on my side). This might
be a show-stopper for me, but I haven't been trying very long.
Still. I didn't have to set up a site myself. :-)
And it is a fairly large community of artists.
