This has nothing to do with LiveJournal capabilities.  The owner of the
template in question should update it to point to
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.5/it/ which is the
correct URL for the Italian jurisdiction by-nc-sa 2.5 license.

Publication of (draft?) licenses on the CC Italy was a mistake.
