[cc-community] Ported versus Unported

It's a long time since I checked out the CC licence, so I now have a
few questions:
1) I have heard that it is better to use a ported license, since the
unported license is more like a template. Exactly how solid is the
unported license, when it comes to the juridical world?
2) Let's say I use a ported, danish CC license, and someone in
Australia wants to use my work. Will this work out?
3) The Attribution Share Alike Licence says: "You must attribute the
work in the manner specified by the author or licensor". Does this
mean that I have to specify how exactly I wants to get credits? If
yes, what should I write?
4) I have the choice between:
Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 Unported
Attribution-Share Alike 2.5 Denmark
I noticed the different version numbers. I guess we danes don't update
so often. But is there any important differences?
The only difference in the human-readable summary is this:
2.5: "similar license to this one. "
3.0: "similar or a compatible license."
Thanks in advance.
