[cc-community] Artwork in a CC-licensed video

I had a question about artwork produced by someone other than the
filmmaker in a video licensed under CC. I'm working on a piece that
involves various artists at work on unfinished projects. I'd like to
release the video under a BY-SA license. However, I don't want to
unintentionally allow others to copy the artwork contained in the
piece, or at least I'd like to tell the artists that will be signing
release forms for me not to worry, your art is safe in my video.

So far I've only shot pottery, but I intend to shoot a fine artist and
a photographer at work as well. My greatest fear is for someone to
make a copy of a piece of work and claim it's a "derivative" of what
they saw in my film. Since these artists are trusting me to shoot them
in ways that can be somewhat vulnerable, I'd like to respect that
trust as much as possible.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.
