I think you coulduse anotehr option.

I chose:

and are free to use 	
(commercially )

put beach in look like

and the first picture I looked at:

had a BY-ND license.

http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd/2.0/deed.en-us

that is a bit restrictive.

You might want to add the option (and make derivatives) that shows up along 
with (commercially) when are free to use is ticked.
