Unless I'm looking at the wrong site, it has always used the most
restrictive license possible -- none.

You could use a CC license to more clearly communicate the terms contnet
is offered under, but those terms would not be more restrictive than
default copyright.
IMHO looking for legal solutions to splogging is mostly wrongheaded.
