[cc-community] Does BY-SA extend to a newspaper?

Under BY-SA, only "Adaptations" are required to be distributed as BY-SA.
"Adaptations", by definition, does not include "Collections". Collections,
speaking generally, are aggregations of works that continue to be
recognizable as separate works. The BY-SA requirement does not apply to
separate works that make up the Collection. So in this case, the newspaper
is best considered a Collection, so the BY-SA requirement applies to the
individual work (the photograph), and not the whole newspaper.
Congratulations on your receiving recognition for the great work!
