[cc-community] PB Dedication (license?)

The language recommended by CC for linking to their public domain dedication
includes the CC No Rights Reserved logo and the words "This work is licensed
under a Creative Commons Public Domain License."

This isn't the best language right?

The CC "license" itself isn't really a license and correctly doesn't even
use the word in its text. It is entitled simply a "Public Domain
Dedication." Unlike the other CC licenses, the PB dedication is a
relinquishment of any rights and the ability to control the work.

With that in mind I changed my own linking language to "All Rights in the
above work are relinquished under a Creative Commons Public Domain
Dedication."

Does anyone see any problems/issues with making this change? Isn't it more
accurate for the PB Dedication?
