If you all are interested in creating this type of music that has been
cc-licensed review, events, releases, and promotion strategy, I suggest
that you seriously focus on a specific niche of music.
If done well, this could be an amazing site. I think one strategy might
be to do something like overlap.org where the major sites, that employ
cc licensed audio, could have their feeds (rss, atom) aggregated and
viewed, particular ones could be highlighted and rated, and so on...
However, I think best to make the title, project, etc, steer clear of
CC, and focus on a specific area/style, and promote heavily in the
mission/language, that it is about promoting CC-licensed content, and
finding/promoting quality in this specific niche/area...
